Whole30 – Day 7

with No Comments

Whole30 Day 7 is another one filled with fatigue.  I am continuing to be tired from my toddler’s lack of sleep and I’m officially sick of eggs.  Today I decided to switch over to sausage links that I got from our local farm.  That roasted chicken is still paying it forward.  It is amazing with Primal Kitchen Mayo and Tessemae Buffalo Sauce.  I’m trying really hard to get in enough water.  One of my husband’s favorite dishes is twice baked sweet potatoes stuffed with sausage and hot sauce.  We get a lazy and skip the “stuffing” step and just eat the sweet potato mush mixed with the sausage mixture.  This should last both of us several days.

Workout:

The best thing about Crossfit is the community.  The group of people I work out with are amazing and it really helps to keep me motivated.  My cardio endurance is atrocious, but these guys really push me and cheer me on when I’m the straggler of the bunch.  Tonight I took the Crossfit class before the class I coached.  I love getting the workout done BEFORE I coach because it really helps me
